Privacy policy
In plain words: what happens to the data you send to Three:23. We're based in Brazil and follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
What we collect
- From the test form: your name, email, phone (optional), agency or channel name and Instagram, client details (for agencies), links and the notes you write.
- The files you upload: brand guides and reference videos.
- On the website: browsing data, such as pages visited, through Meta Pixel cookies, when the Pixel is active.
What we use it for
- Making your test video and contacting you about it.
- Answering questions and sending a proposal, if you want to sign up for a plan.
- Measuring our ads (how many people visited the site and requested a test).
We don't sell or share your data with anyone. Your client's material is used only for your video.
Where it's stored
Requests are stored in a Google Drive folder and spreadsheet belonging to Three:23 (Google is our storage provider). Measurement cookies belong to the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram).
How long we keep it
For as long as we're talking or working together, and for up to 12 months after the last contact. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or for us to stop contacting you. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
